This podcast is here to inform you about the unhealthy habits most students develope throughout their college years and to give you tips on how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle while pursuing your dreams in college. The podcast will also cover the 3 F's. Fun, Fitness, and food and how all these factors play a role in the college student.
